Wild herb expert & culture guide Eva Gunnare from Essense of Lapland will bring you on a meadow walk for you to connect with nature and discover the green treasures that grow in the area. Eva brings her basket filled with her foraged herbs that she has turned into flavorsome treats and some powerful and pure healthy products.

Try out the flavors from pine, meadow sweet, birch, rosebay willow herb, angelica, juniper, spruce,dandelion and many more! And learn about local traditional usage.

You will then come into the heat where Eva serves homemade herbal teas and some more taste bits seasoned with herbs for you to discover.
