In the hearth of Swedish Lapland, just an hour from Luleå Airport and near the Arctic Circle, Villa ÄNG is your gateway to the beauty of Swedish Lapland. Surrounded by forest and meadow, we offer elegant, comfortable accommodation and curated experiences that connect you to the landscape, the seasons, and the stories of the North. With full privacy, and personal service, your stay is both effortless and unforgettable.

"ÄNG" is the Swedish word for meadow — an open, flower-rich landscape traditionally used for haymaking, shaped by both nature and human care, home to diverse plants, pollinators, and quiet beauty.

The villa

The spacious 400 square meters villa features five en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a dining area - all with panoramic views of the meadows and Luleå River - as well as a sauna and an outdoor hot tub.

Guests enjoy round-the-clock service with a private concierge and personal chef. All activities are fully tailored to the group’s interests – from arctic adventures to peaceful nature experiences.

Villa ÄNG is ideal for discerning guests seeking privacy, comfort, and authentic Northern experiences – all in one place.

Included in your stay

Enjoy your breakfast with newly baked bread and hot coffee overviewing the frozen Lule river in the warmth from the fireplace. At your guided daily activity we will provide a warm winter outfit. In house sauna, full service concierge, outdoor spa, fresh spring water from the local meadow spring. We can arrange transportation by car or helicopter. During your stay, a private chauffeur is available.

The villa

Exclusive access to the 470 square meter villa - only one booking at a time.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms with king-size beds , convertible to twin beds upon request, and one 25 m² suite. All five rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Lounge area

Featuring a warm fireplace, a cosy sofa, and panoramic views of the meadows and the Lule River.

Culinary Experiences

A private chef crafts every meal.

Transportation

Transport throughout your stay and transfers from airports and train stations. Helicopter transport available on request.

Host

A dedicated private host is available during your stay.

Comfort

 Enjoy the sauna and an outdoor hot tub. We also provide warm outdoor clothing, snowshoes, and a sledge.

Villa ÄNG is integrated in the history of the place. In 1732, botanist Carl Linnaeus passed through this region and praised its rich flora and invigorating landscape. His legacy lives on in the meadow where Villa ÄNG now stands — a place shaped by both nature and history.
